This will cost in excess of $50 million euros and will provide mooring for 566 boats, making it the newest marina in Malaga province. It is designed to be the most sought after marina in the Mediterranean. There will also be an additional 450 parking spaces, which will be a boon for locals
The new marina will cover over 100,000 m² and is to be built in the Huelin neighbourhood. This is just a few minutes’ walk from the historic city centre and cathedral. It is, without a doubt ,great news for investors.
