“Ooh, look at THAT home on the lake …. wouldn’t that be nice?” Suddenly you are off on a tangent, looking at interior design and before you know it, you ordered something from Amazon. Oops!

On the Costa del Sol, there is a range of ‘networking systems’, which are similar to the American and Canadian MLS, (multi-listing services).
Unfortunately many Spanish agencies do not promote their properties outside of their local Spanish network. Also, and more importantly, many properties do not even get onto these listing systems.
What you see online, is most likely NOT all of the available properties on the market.
These are not ‘pocket listings’ or off-market. For these you need to know where to find them.
